On Saturday, 23 January 2021, at night at 23:20, in Kauno district municipality, Ražiškių village, on the Kauno HE–Garliava national road (kilometre 7.97), a head-on collision occurred. A 44-year-old passenger of the Toyota was drunk (3.02‰). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
