On Monday, 14 June 2021, in the evening at 17:40, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 302), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Touran and a Porsche. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
