On Monday, 21 June 2021, in the evening at 18:15, in Kaunas, on Pramonės pr., at the junction with Taikos pr., a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a DAF, a Koegel SN 24 and an Audi A4 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the DAF (35 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
