On Monday, 2 August 2021, at night at 1:40, in Prienų district municipality, on the Kaunas–Prienai–Alytus national road (kilometre 37.95), a Saab 9-3 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Saab (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
