On Friday, 6 August 2021, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Kėdainių district municipality, on Chemikų street near No. 20, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volvo S60 and an Audi A3. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Volvo, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.11‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
