On Thursday, 21 October 2021, in the evening at around 17:00, in Vilnius, on Eišiškių pl., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Prius and a Scania R 164LA. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Toyota, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
