On Wednesday, 3 November 2021, in the morning at 8:55, in Alytaus district municipality, on the Alytus–Seirijai–Lazdijai national road (kilometre 12), a Ford Focus ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Ford (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations.
