On Sunday, 7 November 2021, in the evening at 18:25, in Šilutės district municipality, Traksėdžių village, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda national road (kilometre 187), a BMW 320D ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the BMW (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
