On Sunday, 21 November 2021, in the evening at 17:21, in Kaunas, on K. Donelaičio street near No. 3, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Prius and a BMW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Toyota (26 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
