On Sunday, 28 November 2021, in the morning at around 5:00, in Telšių district municipality, Juodinkių village, on the Anulynai–Tirkšliai regional road (kilometre 6.90), a Toyota Corolla Verso ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Toyota, who failed to choose a safe speed. She had no driving licence. The driver was sober.
