On Tuesday, 30 November 2021, in the evening at 18:35, in Kėdainių district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Aristava–Sitkūnai main road (kilometre 65), a MAN TGX registered in Poland ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the MAN (12 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
