On Friday, 24 December 2021, in the evening at 18:05, in Kaunas, on Taikos pr., at the junction with J. Basanavičiaus al., a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Ford Fiesta and a Skoda Superb. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Ford, who committed other traffic rule violations.
