On Saturday, 8 January 2022, in the evening at 19:09, in Ukmergės district municipality, Liaušių village, on the Ukmergė–Molėtai national road (kilometre 16), an Audi A6 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Audi (12 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.96‰ blood alcohol).
