On Wednesday, 12 January 2022, in the afternoon at 16:30, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl. near No. 80, at the junction with Tilžės street, a Dacia hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 51-year-old pedestrian (severely injured, hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 64-year-old driver of the Dacia (22 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
