On Thursday, 20 January 2022, in the evening at 19:50, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 299.70), a DAF FT 95XF.430 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the DAF (27 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
