On Saturday, 29 January 2022, in the evening at 20:11, in Kretingos district municipality, on Šventosios street, at the junction with Kalno street, an Opel Signum hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 46-year-old driver of the Opel (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.69‰ blood alcohol).
