On Tuesday, 8 February 2022, in the evening at 19:41, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Girkalnis–Pramedžiava–Karakurai regional road (kilometre 3.70), an Audi A6 WW. Audi S6 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. She had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
