On Tuesday, 2 August 2022, in the evening at 18:46, in Vilnius, on Vakarinis aplinkelis street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A3 and a BMW 3ER Reihe. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 67-year-old driver of the Audi (30 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
