On Sunday, 25 September 2022, in the afternoon at 13:01, in Širvintų district municipality, Meiliakalnio village, on the Maišiagala–Širvintos regional road (kilometre 4.90), a Piaggio rolled over. One person was injured — the 27-year-old driver of the Piaggio (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Piaggio (9 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.03‰ blood alcohol).
