On Friday, 4 November 2022, in the evening at 17:14, in Skuodo district municipality, on Dariaus ir Girėno street near No. 15, at the junction with P. Žadeikio street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Toyota Avensis. Two people were injured — a 15-year-old passenger of the BMW (treated as an outpatient) and the 30-year-old driver of the Toyota (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
