On Friday, 18 November 2022, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, Grėbliaučiškių village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 67.50), a 021 11254 rolled over.
