On Sunday, 11 December 2022, in the afternoon at 14:50, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 82.02), a MB ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the MB (12 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was snowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 110 km/h.
