On Monday, 9 January 2023, in the afternoon at 11:10, in Kėdainių district municipality, on S. Dariaus ir S. Girėno street near No. 14, an Opel Astra Station Wagon hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person died — a 84-year-old pedestrian (later died from the injuries).
