On Thursday, 16 March 2023, in the evening at 22:30, in Vilnius, on Panerių street, at the junction with Švitrigailos street, a Volkswagen Passat hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who was walking on the carriageway where prohibited. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
