On Sunday, 19 March 2023, at night at 1:20, in Telšių district municipality, Luokės town, on the Ramučiai–Vidsodis–Luokė regional road (kilometre 21.40), a car hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of a car, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
