On Saturday, 22 April 2023, in the morning at 8:30, in Vilniaus district municipality, Skirgiškių village, on Skirgiškių street, at the junction with Sodiečių 1-oji street, a e-scooter ran off the road. Two people were injured — a 23-year-old cyclist (treated as an outpatient) and a 4-year-old passenger of a e-scooter (hospitalized). The accident was caused by a 23-year-old cyclist, who violated passenger-transport rules. She fled the scene. The driver was sober.
