On Tuesday, 6 June 2023, in the evening at around 17:00, in Pakruojo district municipality, on the Šiauliai–Pakruojis–Pasvalys national road (kilometre 40.52), a vehicle ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
