On Monday, 4 September 2023, in the evening at around 19:00, in Vilnius, on Švitrigailos street, at the junction with Kauno street, a e-scooter hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 64-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the driver of a e-scooter, who failed to keep a safe distance. The driver was sober.
