On Wednesday, 29 November 2023, in the evening at 21:10, in Šiauliai, on Vilniaus street near No. 199A, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a reversing vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Aixam and a Ligier. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 17-year-old driving instructor (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
