On Friday, 12 January 2024, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Šiaulių district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 72), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Toyota (6 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober.
