On Sunday, 18 February 2024, in the afternoon at 15:20, in Plungės district municipality, on Žaltakalnio street near No. 10, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of the Scania (22 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
