On Friday, 24 May 2024, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on Kaunakiemio street, at the junction with Karaliaus Mindaugo pr., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Renault Scenic registered in France and a Skoda. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Renault (21 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
