On Saturday, 25 May 2024, in the evening at 20:30, in Kauno district municipality, Užliedžių village, on the Giraitė–Užliedžiai regional road (kilometre 3.10), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a CF Moto CF625 and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the CF Moto, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.16‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
