On Tuesday, 3 September 2024, in the evening at 17:30, in Zarasų district municipality, on the Kaunas–Zarasai–Daugpilis main road (kilometre 172.24), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a HFR -, a Volkswagen Caravelle and a Volvo FH. No one was hurt in the accident.
