On Sunday, 29 December 2013, at night at around 4:00, in Panevėžys, on Nemuno street, at the junction with Danutės street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 307 and a Ford Focus. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
