On Monday, 23 June 2014, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Kaunas, on Partizanų street near No. 61A, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 and an Audi A6. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 70-year-old driver of the Audi 80 (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.75‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 10 km/h.
