On Wednesday, 25 June 2014, in the evening at 17:30, in Kauno district municipality, on Vytauto street, at the junction with Vasario 16-osios street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Renault Laguna and an Opel Zafira. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Renault (15 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
