On Friday, 27 June 2014, at night at 23:11, in Anykščių district municipality, on the Molėtai–Anykščiai national road (kilometre 42), a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 530 D and a Citroen C3. No one was hurt in the accident.
