On Wednesday, 16 July 2014, in the morning at around 9:00, in Vilnius, on T. Narbuto street, at the junction with Sėlių street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra and a Mercedes-Benz 915. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Opel (17 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 60 km/h.
