On Thursday, 25 November 2021, in the morning at 7:20, in Vilnius, on T. Narbuto street, at the junction with Sėlių street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf registered in Estonia and a Toyota Verso. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (6 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
