On Thursday, 11 September 2014, at night at 23:30, in Kauno district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Aristava–Sitkūnai main road (kilometre 86.95), a DAF FT XF105 registered in Hungary hit an animal. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the DAF (a citizen of Hungary) (4 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations.
