On Tuesday, 23 December 2014, in the evening at 19:40, in Kėdainių district municipality, on Rasos street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Ford Mondeo and a BMW 535. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Ford, who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
