On Sunday, 25 January 2015, in the morning at 9:20, in Kaunas, on Naglio street near No. 4A, a Citroen Saxo hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Citroen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (3.74‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, there was fog, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
