On Saturday, 7 March 2015, at night at 23:24, in Ukmergės district municipality, on the Vilnius–Panevėžys (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 89), a BMW ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
