On Sunday, 9 August 2015, at night at 23:45, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 61.50), a Toyota Land Cruiser (150 SERIES) hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Toyota (10 years of driving experience), who violated traffic rules on expressways. The driver was sober.
