On Monday, 9 November 2015, in the afternoon at 16:45, in Kaunas, on P. Lukšio street near No. 1A, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the Chrysler (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.78‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
