On Wednesday, 9 December 2015, in the evening at around 17:00, in Kaunas, on Minties Rato street, at the junction with V. Kudirkos street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Fiat Ducato and a Toyota Corolla. One person was injured — the 26-year-old driver of the Toyota (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Fiat (6 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
