On Thursday, 20 April 2017, in the evening at around 20:00, in Alytaus district municipality, on the Valkininkų g s –Daugai–Alytus national road (kilometre 25.59), a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Sharan and a Volkswagen Golf.
