On Thursday, 15 June 2017, in the evening at 18:45, in Kaunas, on K. Petrausko street, at the junction with Aukštaičių street, a Solaris Urbino 12 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 49-year-old pedestrian, who failed to obey traffic-control signals. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
