On Saturday, 28 October 2017, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Kaunas, on Šiaurės pr., at the junction with Ašigalio street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a vehicle and a Saab 9-5. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet.
